2012

This year was fabulous.

i mean it was really great.

i feel so grateful for all the wonderful and fun things i got to do.

like:

go to the Fun. concert

my big sister got engaged

friends came home from missions

roomie road trip to california

and disneyland

had another roomie road trip to Elko, Nevada

went to great BYU games

went Chocolate Salsa dancing

City Creek opened and i found the best ring on the planet at Tiffany

got to be a bridesmaid for my old roomie and friend Camilia

 went to Washington D.C.

bought red lip stick 

 Stefi graduated with her Masters

 Lizzy and I threw a bridal shower for Rachel

 Stefi got married

 visited University of Washington in Seattle

 got a brand new baby brother

 visited Northeastern and Boston

 went to Bear Lake with all my nieces and nephew

more friends came home from missions

went on the Sundance halloween lift ride

 went to Color me Mine for the first time

 my last BYU football game as a Cougar

 riverwoods lighting 

 got beautiful flowers for Thanksgiving

 went to the Killers concert

 went to the Live Nativity, candy windows and Temple lights

went to Las Vegas to celebrate a cute boy's 22nd birthday

 and we also celebrated one really great month 

 drove the alpine loop for the first time

took the GRE (!!!)

applied to Graduate school to Vanderbilt University, University of Washington, San Diego State, Northeastern University, University of Utah and Utah State (!!!!!!!!!!!!)

had great bonfires and went to a fun corn maze

(and met really great new friends)

and lastly turned 22

 2012 was such a blast and had so many blessings and surprises.

thanks 2012, you were one happy year

Merry Christmas

This Christmas was picture perfect. 

Riley (my best cousin) got engaged 

it was a WHITE CHRISTMAS

we had our 2 yr old niece Anne for Christmas Eve and Day

(she woke up on Christmas and the first thing she said was "Santa flew over the mountain and down the chimney!")

her favorite presents were her bunny blanket and a princess umbrella 

played in the snow Christmas Eve

home for the holidays

tried to take a picture with Anne... she got away

went to Grand America to see the Gingerbread windows

it was the greatest and i love my family so much. 

i am so grateful for Heavenly Father's tender, miraculous gift of His Son and to know what this time of the year is really about.

Vegas Vacation

to start off Christmas Break I flew down to Vegas and had a ball.

welcome November- its only been a little bit but you sure have been busy.

went up to my little Sisters' school play:

(they were swamp people or creatures.... last year Maddie was a tree.....upgrade? not really sure)

 and once again matched spontaneously and unintentionally with cousin Riley:

had a Saturday Morning themed FHE where i made everyone come in PJs, eat cereal and watch cartoons (Recess rules!)

i am going to make one cool Mom

conned some Freshman boy into giving me his taco in exchange for girl advice, 

oh the joys of being a Senior:

(it won't matter anyways because he is leaving on a mission and when that happens all bets are off) 

went to my LAST football game as a Cougar:

literally saw the shortest skirt ever on campus: 

think she got away with it?

i also squished on baby's cheeks

and he returned the favor by squishing his cheeks on me back: 

its only been a few weeks November, but it sure has been fun so far
